To be a better leader, more satisfied in your role, achieving greater results, performing at a higher level, less stressed, more fun, a better work-life balance.
I’ve been working with executives throughout the world over the last 20 years, and most of them have one thing in common – something is hampering them from making the breakthroughs they’re after. Holding them back from being the best version of themselves.
How we help you identify those roadblocks, and work with you to remove them, is at the core of the breakthroughs we achieve for many executives and organisations all around the world.
It all starts with a conversation.
Or so the story goes, that’s how I introduced myself at the tender age of five! What I was supposed to be the greatest at has (sadly) long been lost in the annals of time.
My story has seen many peaks and troughs since then, from being the apparent ‘greatest’ at five to the humbling life on the breadline some years later, and onwards up to the dizzying heights of executive roles in multi-nationals and trusted advisor to anyone from Chairperson and CEO to ‘Dorothy the cleaner’ (yes, she’s got a great story).
We all have stories. I’d love to hear yours.
For now, here’s mine…(or at least, here’s the official professional bio you’re no doubt after).
Download Full BioInstead of ‘Coach’ I could describe myself as a ‘Thinking Disruptor’ – disrupting the stories we all create around ourselves, so that we can work out what is stopping us from knowing what to do and how to go forward. Once you know what’s holding you back, we can then work together to explore ideas and options for achieving your goals and becoming the best version of yourself.
Being the best version of yourself is the essence of my approach to coaching. It’s predicated on the simple idea that the best version of yourself is what best enables the breakthroughs you wish to make (at work and in life). It’s a focus on the whole person, not problems; challenging beliefs, not just behaviours; getting to the root cause, not papering the cracks.
When we’re at our best, we’re more confident, resilient, self-assured and have a greater clarity of purpose (personally and professionally).
There are many different types of coaching. Mission Group delivers predominantly Executive Coaching and is a specialist in behavioural change. Behavioural coaching is highly relevant for organisations as business transformations require adapted and new behaviours.
Leaders we coach go through a structured process which is stakeholder- and values-driven. We ensure these are aligned with business and personal purpose. We adopt a robust attention to data and feedback to focus on facts rather than assumptions, and measure progress against clearly defined goals.
